Checking for food truck options in my area

Dish: Asian | Barbecue / Grill | Burritos | Cajun / Creole | Caribbean | Fish | Fried foods | Fruit | Hamburger | Juices / Smoothies | Mexican / Tex Mex | Organic | Pancakes / Crêpes | Pulled Pork | Salads | Sandwiches | Southern food | Tacos | Vegan | Vegetarian

  • Really just trying to get basic logistics and more detailed info on bringing a food truck on site for employees one day a week. We have 3 large buildings on our campus with varying staggered break and lunch schedules. Ideally, I would like to utilize the "down time" for the food truck so that the employees onsite aren't charged any type of "premium" because of the time or day of the week the truck arrives. (ie. the trucks slowest day/time coordinated with our campus so that food trucks still makes profit but they won't be losing out on prime locations or opportunities from any other locations/business or events they may have set up or scheduled)..
