NW Austin Spot at Hookah Lounge

  • Hi Guys, I own a high traffic hookah lounge in NW Austin - Hookah Buzz - and there's a spot available for a food truck nearby. If anyone is searching for a prime location, this is off 183 & Duval. I think it's a great spot for something like Mediterranean, Pakistani/Indian, Mexican, or BBQ. The lounge is open 1p to 3a M - Th, 1p to 5a F - Sat, 4p to 1a Sun. There is a lot of opportunity for synergies where customers can have the option of dining in at the lounge, the lounge would distribute menus to its customers, and vice versa. I would be interested in investing as a silent partner, but not a requirement... Send me a message and we can explore ideas.
