Food Park Spot in San Marcus

  • Food Park Grand Opening Event, and we have a couple of vending spots left! We are Red Bus Food Park in San Marcos. Our Grand Opening is Mardi Gras week. (Feb. 24th - Feb. 29th). Three great anchor trucks are already here: GroovyQ BBQ, Le Stourgeon Seafood Company (Cajun) and Abu Omar Halal Shawarma (Mediterranean)....

    We also added a HUGE RED DINING BUS! It is a 40ft heated and cooled dining bus w/ WIFI & TV. If you would like to vend, feel free to reach out! [link].
