We are in the process of planning our Hispanic Heritage Month event, and after researching your food truck, we are keen to learn more about how we might collaborate with you to make our event a success.

Hispanic Heritage Month Event Details

Date: Saturday, September 28, 2024

Time: 1 PM-4 PM

Location: 10720 Braes Bend Dr, Houston, TX 77071

Number of Attendees: 100-200 (with capacity for more)

Event Cost: Free

Our goal with this event is to connect with our comunidad and give everyone an opportunity to engage with Latino culture.

We wanted to invite you to be a part of our celebration and if interested/available were wondering if you had any flexibility in terms of your minimum sales guarantee/pricing structure.

As we are a non profit we are working with a limited budget but our organization is dedicated to improving lives and creating a more equitable society, and we are committed to partnering with vendors who share our passion for making a positive impact in the community.

On a logistical note, we are looking for vendors with a valid Medallion Permit from the City of Houston for Food Handling and will probably be hosting a total of 2-3 trucks in total.
