Soft Open, Equine Therapeutic Facility

Hello!
We are an equine therapeutic facility. We are a new facility, that offers horse and animal interactions to individuals with disabilities as well as neurotypical. We are having a soft open and creating a buzz amongst the community. We are located in Valley Center, CA.
We are offering free riding and interactions, arts and crafts, gardening, petting zoo. We would love to have a food truck available to our guests!
We are looking for June 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th. We are advertising a lot and don't have an exact number. But we should have around 100 people, and coming/going throughout the day. Our facility is open to the public starting at 8am-4pm. I would assume the best time to arrive would be 10-11 and stay until 4pm. On Saturday the 8th, we have a live country singer coming and having a “barn party” , this will go from 4pm-7pm. The 8th could be a longer day if you want to stay for the evening dinner crowd.
