We are a 7-unit Airbnb inspired by our favorite films, Star Wars, Dune, and Madmax, located in Southern Utah (driving distance to Zion National Park).

OutpostX is located in Beryl, Utah

We are seeking a restaurant looking for an additional stream of revenue that can deliver prepared meal kits on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.

Since we are in a remote location, we had to find creative solutions for guest dining experiences. We partnered with celebrity chef Cody Candelario to design a unique menu to serve our guests. The menu is designed so that the food can be prepared in batches and can be self-cooked by guests in a Korean barbecue-style experience in our communal kitchen.
We will provide you with an ingredients and recipe list, along with the order amount each week.



Our recipes include simple ingredients and low prep time to ensure they can be fulfilled without distracting you from your main restaurant. It features a simple marinade and preparing meat and veggie skewers for easy packaging, storage, and transportation.
