Street Fair

Dish: Asian | Barbecue / Grill | Caribbean | Cocktails | Craft beers | Dessert / Ice-cream (sweet) | Grilled cheese sandwiches | Mexican / Tex Mex | Tacos | Wine

  • We are looking for 5 or 6 trucks, variety of trucks, no 2 trucks offering same thing. I do not know options for paying, can we do a set rate per person so they can visit each truck once?, maybe we issue food tickets to our guests for example. I am open to do small portions if needed. Need to know options please. We could also open this up to area and increase guest count if that would help.
