Loud and Proud Fest (PRIDE event)

Hello!

My name is Jennifer and I am writing on behalf of First City Act Up!—a new queer-centered and led coalition in Leavenworth, KS aiming to support the local LGBTQIA+ community by hosting an accessible Pride Event.

On June 28 from 3-11pm at Haymarket Square in downtown Leavenworth, KS we will host the city’s first public PRIDE celebration: First City Act Up! presents LOUD and PROUD FEST 2023.

This is a public event and we are expecting a pretty good turnout—estimated 200-500

We are looking for vendors and food trucks who would like to participate. We are not looking for catering service, but a pay-to-order service for attendees to order and pay individually.

We currently have one taco truck already on board..looking to mix it up with one or two other trucks

Vendors can apply up to 3 days before the event and there is no fee for the space just a small $30 application fee for the city.
