Medieval /History Group in need (EDITED)

Good Afternoon,

I am a member of a non-profit historical organization - SCA ([link]). We have events with a medieval theme (ish). I am currently in the midst of planning an event for the weekend of 9/23/2022-9/25/2022. The event will be held at the 4h fairgrounds in Mullica hill. I am reaching out to see if you would be interested in helping me feed my guest at the event. The event is not open to the public. However, because it is a camping event I am estimating about 200 people give or take (depending on the weather). We normally do our own feast and lunches. The reason I am reaching out is to try something different mainly because the kitchen facility is not the best to feed people. I would like to still try to find a way to fix that problem. In the past I have fed the campers on Friday night, Offered breakfast, a lunch, and a feast (dinner) optional with a small breakfast on Sunday morning.
My current thought if you are interested would be to come to feed the folks for a few hours Friday night as well as Saturday afternoon into the evening for dinner. They would pay per order. There would be no charge to you for coming. You will be in a group of people dress in clothing from the 600 to 1600 time period. I already have over 100 people pre-reg. I know the event is three weeks away -- I could really use the help in giving the people a great weekend without having to bring extra gear if they don't have to...
