  • Started by the Municipality of Tirana as a tradition some time ago,
    we decided to develop this project together in its edition
    seen as a FESTIVAL of international proportions. We have undertaken the creation of a number of missing traditions with the activities we organize. We want to give a different perspective to the food at the festival; not only street food but all kinds of cuisines that will be served at such a festival, with the aim of giving the opportunity
    of the enjoyment of different visitors. All kinds of cuisines in one place, for educating the taste of consumers with new tastes.
    Bringing some European culinary components with experience in
    such organizations. Increasing the standard of offering products and services in local street food. Creating a space for local businesses to see or cook products/food offered to local citizens and foreign tourists which is always growing.
