    Go on a food journey across different Asian cities with some of the best street food chefs in the world. The episodes are very digestible at 13 minutes each so easy to consume and visually stunning. Learn about authentic ingredients, cooking techniques in different regions. It does have voiceovers in English if your Mandarin is rusty. If you are looking to start a food truck, this series shows the dedication and passion needed to always have people waiting for you to open.

    Another beautiful, mouth-watering documentary that travels through Latin America to meet the local stars of Street Food in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia. Each of the 6 parts has a food story and a human story. Be inspired from the females who started and run their businesses with hard work and dedication that will inspire.


    3. SALT FAT ACID HEAT

    Samin Nosrat is a chef and writer of a New York Times Best Seller with the same name as the series. The show is a master class on the four elements that can make or break a dish: salt, fat, acid, heat. Chef Samin encourages thoughtful, curious cooking with beautiful ingredients. The series makes being a great cook seem achievable which is inspiring for those with food truck ambitions.

    A Netflix series in Spanish about the Mexican taco. Authentic. You’ll have to take your eyes off the tacos to read English subtitles. If possible. In Mexico tacos are a sport and passion and are all inclusive, from rich to poor, from herbivores to carnivores. This 6-part series introduces 6 types of tacos. The series makes you want to binge, tacos and the whole 6 episodes for the next great taco.



    5. THE CHEF SHOW

    Jon Favreau was ‘Chef’ the food truck movie. He partners with chef Roy Choi who was the consultant on movie. Roy Choi trained Favreu for the food truck movie and now they cook together for celebrity friends and with celebrity chefs. Lots of food, cooking and eating to make you want to invite folks over and try new food together.


    6. UGLY DELICIOUS

    Award-winning Chef David Chang introduces popularized food, home cooking and comfort food which are not always restaurant perfect, but can be Ugly Delicious. Each episode is about an explanation of a food and they surrounding culture. Season 1 is set in the US, while in Season 2Dave heads to Mumbai, Sydney, Istanbul and beyond in search of mind-blowing dishes. This isn’t just a learn to cook series, but has background that may also be ugly or delicious.
